people in the European Union (EU) have now reached a level where Value Added Tax
(VAT/TVA/BTW) has to be applied. European product prices (in Euros) have been
adjusted to include VAT/TVA/BTW from 28th December 2005. VAT/TVA/BTW
does not apply to book sales e.g. books or handbooks only, but when books are
included as part of a workshop package with DVDs or CDs the normal VAT/TVA/BTW
rates will apply. Product sales outside the EU are not subject to VAT and will continue to be charged at the VAT exclusive
price as before. For customers from outside the EU, VAT/BTW charges will
be deducted from the total of your order. EU residents who are
registered for VAT/BTW can also have VAT/BTW deducted from their orders if
