My friends the Veca Codes! I sleep with them under my pillow, I carry them
around with me, I spread them out around me when I do technique - if I'm
really very tired or have a problem, I just get them out and look at them, I
talk with these Beings and I love them to bits. They are 'there for me' all
the time, I cannot imagine not having them around, an absolute essential, I
