If the product is listed for both DVD and CD options, the CDs may not be currently in inventory; if your preference is for the CD format there may be a slight delay in processing your order but it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Please note that AP sales to people in the European Union (EU) have now reached a level where Value Added Tax (VAT/TVA/BTW) has to be applied. before. For customers from outside the EU, VAT/BTW charges will be deducted from
the total of your order. EU residents who are registered for VAT/BTW can also
have VAT/BTW deducted from their orders if they furnish us with their VAT

possible to include shipping and handling charges
