*Please Note: DVD is the most desired and popular format  for workshop materials. If the product is listed for both DVD and CD options, the CDs may not be currently in inventory; if your preference is for the CD format there may be a slight delay in processing your order but it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

All products purchased from the 'Rest of World'/ Ireland office will be charged in € Euros. Please note that AP sales to people in the European Union (EU) have now reached a level where Value Added Tax (VAT/TVA/BTW) has to be applied. European product prices (in Euros) have been adjusted to include VAT/TVA/BTW from 28th December 2005.   VAT/TVA/BTW does not apply to book sales e.g. books or handbooks only, but when books are  included as part of a workshop package with DVDs or CDs the normal VAT/TVA/BTW rates will apply.

Product sales outside the EU are not subject to VAT and will continue to be charged at the VAT exclusive price as before.  For customers from outside the EU, VAT/BTW charges will be deducted from the total of your order.  EU residents who are registered for VAT/BTW can also have VAT/BTW deducted from their orders if they furnish us with their VAT number.  Please write to us at azuritepress@eircom.net to organise this.  Such deductions must be made at the time of processing your order; they cannot apply retrospectively to previous orders. Product sales outside the EU may attract customs duty and local sales or other taxes at the point of entry to the country. It is the customer’s responsibility in such cases to discharge any such local taxes.

The following credit cards can be processed - MasterCard, Visa and American Express (AMEX). The credit card company will convert the € Euro charges to the currency on your credit card account, at the prevailing exchange rate. For people outside the EU if you are more familiar with US $ than € euros, you can view the price listed in US dollars (but the transaction will be made in € euros).    For non-credit card holders: we can accept payments through Paypal or make arrangements to pay through the bank or similar.  Please write to us at azuritepress@eircom.net to discuss this.

Since the Ireland office ships to many countries around the world, it is not possible to include shipping and handling charges
in the check out process.  The lowest shipping rate possible will be utilised.  The postage & packing charges will be included
on your invoice when you receive your order.  

All products will be shipped quickly but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL! Replacement will be honoured for
