Please note that AP sales to people in the European Union (EU) have now reached a level where Value Added Tax (VAT/TVA/BTW) has to be applied. VAT/TVA/BTW does not apply to book sales e.g. books or handbooks only, but when books are included as part of a workshop package with DVDs or CDs the normal VAT/TVA/BTW rates will apply. Product sales outside the EU are
not subject to VAT and will continue to be charged at the VAT exclusive price as
before. For customers from outside the EU, VAT/BTW charges will be deducted from
the total of your order. EU residents who are registered for VAT/BTW can also
have VAT/BTW deducted from their orders if they furnish us with their VAT

the time of processing your order; they cannot apply retrospectively to previous
orders. Product sales outside the EU may attract customs duty and local sales or
other taxes at the point of entry to the country. It is the customer’s
responsibility in such cases to discharge any such local taxes. Since the Ireland office ships to many countries around the world, it is not
possible to include shipping and handling charges
in the check out process. The lowest shipping rate possible will be utilized.
The postage & packing charges will be included
