Product Conversion to DVD Handling and Cleaning of CD's & DVD's Always handle the disks from the edges and NEVER touch the bottom (unlabeled side) of the disk. Your player uses a laser to read the disk. Fingerprints, smears and dirt will prevent your player from playing the disk. This will also dirty your player. When not in use, disks should always be placed in the case in which they came. Never stack loose disks on top of each other. This will cause scratches that will also effect the way the disks play. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or storing them in a hot place. If your disk becomes dirty, we recommend that you clean them with a DVD/CD cleaner. This can be found in any electronic store. Although we will replace any disk that is defective, we will not be responsible for disks that have been subjected to misuse.
Please
Note: Portable DVD players have come down in price a lot over the past year and are very popular now. However we have been coming across people who are having difficulty playing their AP workshop DVDs on these. Generally these portable players are nowhere near as reliable for playing the DVD-R type discs as proper set top boxes. When they miniaturize the players the performance suffers. Portable players could be causing a lot of frustration / disappointment for a number of people. What To Do If You Think You Have A Bad Disk If you feel that one of your DVD's has something wrong with it then please read the information below. Most often the problem is a compatibility issue between the recording format of the DVD and the DVD player that is being used to play it. When there is a compatibility issue involved many things can show up. Such as sound not playing, one disc from the set not playing, part of a disc plays but the rest of it will not, etc. What to do?: The first thing you will need to do is check the disc on a player that is "known" to play the recording format that is used. Remember, there is not yet a universal recording format for DVD's and DVD players like there is for VCR Tapes. If you have a computer with a DVD Rom in it then it will probably play the disc. However please note that PC and particularly laptop DVD readers often are not as reliable at reading these DVDs as a proper DVD player. If you have tested it on a compatible player and still think there is something wrong with the disc, then you can send it back to be tested. Send to: The Office you placed your order with. If there is something wrong with the disc then you will receive a replacement disc at "no charge". If there is not something wrong with the disc or it has been longer than the 30 days allowed for replacements, we will replace the disk at the cost of $6.00 per disk plus $8.60 for shipping and handling (from the US office). Please be sure to include a valid credit card # , with expiration date or send a US check or US money order with your shipment. If the disk is found to be faulty then your check or money order will be sent back to you and your credit card will not be charged. Please understand, we have had to create this return policy for DVD's simply because of the compatibility issue. Making sure that you have a player that is compatible will save you future frustration and make watching your DVD's a more pleasant experience. However, as is often the case with so-called "cutting edge" technologies (often referred to as "bleeding edge"), all is not roses. Unlike the DVDs that you purchase or rent at the video store, the "-R" format that we are forced to use is not yet recognized by all DVD players. This means that if you already own a DVD player, there is a chance that DVDs you purchase from AP might not play on your current player. Believe us when we say that many sleepless hours were spent agonizing over the decision to proceed nevertheless. The good news, however, is that compatible players are now widely available starting as little as $60, so we think the advantages more than outweigh the small cost of the initial investment. To aid you in finding a compatible player, we've begun work on a list of currently available players that appear to play "-R" discs. Note that even if a player is advertised as being able to play DVD-R, it may not . The list below has been compiled by customers who play the disks on these players. This list is not all-inclusive and there probably are many more players out there that will work, but it's a good place to start. We welcome your comments and suggestions on players, etc. and will post them as appropriate. Please be aware that workshop recordings are done live, sometimes while traveling around the planetary grids and doing Master Grid Work. It is the desire of Azurite Press and the volunteers who offer to be of service, to distribute the newest information as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality which can be attained under such circumstances. When Speaker One’s (A’sha-yana Deane’s) contract first came into activation, she was reaching out in any way possible to begin the process of getting the information out to the public. During those times, the recordings were done by volunteers, using home video cameras. This presented challenging technical difficulties with lighting or sound on some workshops. However, each dispensation of information is important to the expansion of the Freedom Teachings, and ALL information that has been returned is made available to those who desire it and are not able to attend the live events when the information is given. All recordings are done at live workshops. Recording conditions and final sound mastering quality varies but not to the detriment of basic communication of essential information. There are some products that have known sound or lighting issues due to on site challenges. These have been cleaned as best as possible and of the greatest importance to all who choose to hear them. As we continue to move forward, Azurite Press and all of it’s associates, strive to improve in all areas of production to bring the home viewer the best quality possible of this most important information. Sometimes there will arise situations beyond our control that might be as simple as energetic interference.

A Commitment to Quality and the EOMC Course-book Manuals
The authorized EOMC translators/authors, members of the EOMC, Azurite Press, Trustees, Regents Council, teachers and promoters of the EOMC Paradigm extend their greatest efforts in making EOMC teachings available for public exploration in the most responsible and respectful manner possible, whilst striving to maintain the highest standards of integrity in EOMC text translation and teaching. Intrinsic to such responsibility in presentation, authorized EOMC translators/authors, members of Azurite Press, Trustees, Regents Council and authorized teachers and facilitators of EOMC programs are all individuals who personally believe in the factuality of the EOMC Paradigm and who actively participate, for personal spiritual reasons, in EOMC programs, including personal utilization of EOMC techniques and technologies. These individuals all share a common commitment to achieving and maintaining integrity, quality and responsibility in public presentation of EOMC teachings; this shared commitment arises from a commonly shared, individually held, reverence, respect, appreciation for, and belief in the validity of, the EOMC Paradigm, its inherent teachings of personal spiritual self-discovery and the limitless potentialities of human consciousness that this paradigm suggests. On behalf of this commitment to quality, may it be understood that EOMC Course-book Manuals, as featured within the EOMC Kathara Bio-spiritual Healing Program, EOMC Maharata "Dance For" Programs, EOMC Masters Templar Stewardship Initiative Program and other EOMC teaching programs, do not represent completed books, but rather exist as companion text briefings that are created in conjunction with specific corresponding live workshop presentations which are preserved via audio/ video recordings that are made available on the Azurite Press Products List as specific Program Sets. The Course-book Manuals that accompany some of these audio-video workshop programs contain only the charts, graphs and most pertinent information pertaining to their corresponding audio-video program, and do not contain the many pages of dialogue and detailed explanation that is incorporated verbally within the audio-video program. Thus EOMC Course-book manuals are not intended to be used alone, but are rather intended for used as an additional educational aid in conjunction with their corresponding audio-video workshop program. As new EOMC workshop materials are often released and translated during live workshop presentations, the corresponding Course-book Manuals and their inherent graphs and charts often reflect the immediacy of the new information provided in that they are initially rendered "in-the-rough", often with portions of text in hand-written form, not yet "perfected" for book publication with appropriate dialogue text detail, typesetting, computer graphics, pagination and indexing. As each new workshop since 1999 has introduced the next level of new, live EOMC data translations, there has been insufficient time to "move backward" and perfect the quality of production pertaining to EOMC Course-Book Manual texts from previous workshops. The information and new EOMC teachings contained within each workshop program always reflect the standards of integrity and quality inherent to the EOMC Paradigm, but often timely public release of new materials is achieved at the expense of quality in product production. The Azurite Press staff apologizes for any inconvenience that such "data-in-the-rough" may cause; however, if workshop programs were withheld from Product List release until their audio/video recordings and corresponding Course-book Manuals were "perfected" in terms of product production, it would be several years before these materials were released for public review. As new EOMC teachings are often time-sensitive in regard to the unfolding of planetary events, especially since 2000, it has been of greater priority during this time to expedite availability of the EOMC teachings contained within the products, than it has been to demonstrate the standards of excellence in quality product production that remains a goal of Azurite Press. For the time being, EOMC audio-video-Course-book Programs are in a state of continued evolution, as the small staff at Azurite Press, with the assistance of numerous individuals who volunteer their time and talents, endeavor to compile dialogue transcripts and perfect typesetting, computer graphics and format organization of previous EOMC workshop presentations in effort to fulfill the goal of creating "perfected" book publications that contain, and "do justice to", the vast body of quality teachings that have been presented during the 1999-2003 EOMC workshops. The commitment to achieving excellence in quality of production, as well as quality of information, that is held by members of Azurite Press staff arises from the personal desires of staff members to "honor the spirit of the teachings" which they have found personally valuable, as well as from a desire to provide the best possible quality of product and service in spiritual respect to the public. Until the goal of achieving "perfected" product production quality is actualized, Azurite Press staff hopes that the public will share in the recognition that it is the quality, and inherent substance, of EOMC information, more so than the "package that it comes in", which demonstrates the value of Azurite Press EOMC educational products. ......Azurite Press Board of Directors
