Beginning Time: Friday, May 21, 2010, 7:00 PM Local Time, Check in begins at 6:00 PM Local Time. Name Tag and Arm Band presented during check in required for workshop entry entire event.

Guardian Time: The rest of the time frame for presentation will be given during workshop. Workshop ending time will be on Guardian Time and will not be known until we have reached that point but will most likely be sometime in the early AM hours on Monday. It could go as late as 11 AM on Monday morning. You should plan on a mid-day flight on Monday or later in order to make sure you are able to attend the entire event.

Recording Crew: Please note that the recording crew works very hard to volunteer their time and energy to bring the best possible recording of the live workshops to the general public. Their task is one that requires all of their time and focus and they do not have time to answer peoples questions, during workshop events. Please do not bother the recording crew. There are many people around who are able and willing to assist with general questions.

Pre-Qual: Kathara Levels 1, 2 & 3 & The Festival of Light 2010 Workshop.

The Kathara Team will be offering Modules during this event. Please visit the Kathara Team Web Site to register for any Modules when they become posted.

Included: Dinner Buffet on Sat. & Sun., coffee breaks & snacks, the Hyatt Regency includes Breakfast for all Registered Guests.

Accommodations: Listed below is information about booking a room at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Ordinations: Level 1-3 ordinations are generally offered to anyone who desires them some time during the workshop weekend. These are planned during Guardian Time and the times scheduled will be announced during the workshop.

Radio Receiver: The Speakers will be using a radio transmitter to speak to attendees during the grid work on the beach. In order to hear them, you will need a radio receiver. Details to purchase listed below. Requires 2 AA batteries, not included. IF you are registering for this event after May 5, 2010, then you will no longer be able to order a radio receiver as that order had to be placed on May 6, to get them to the venue on time. It is suggested that you bring with you a headphone splitter and a set of head phones or ear buds and try to group with someone else who has a receiver.

Under Age Permission: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the workshop. For children ages 16 & 17, a Signed Parent Permission Slip must be received by Azurite Press no later than March 26, 2010. Children 16 & 17 will not be allowed to attend with the workshop unless the Signed, Parent Permission Slip has been received by Azurite Press. Sound Receiver US $80.00

The Speakers will be using a radio transmitter while on the beach for the grid work. In order to hear them, you will need a radio receiver that is frequency keyed to their transmitters. Because these receivers have been lost, damaged or not returned in the past, we can no longer provide them for you. But we have arranged to be able to supply them for you to purchase. If you do not have a radio receiver then you would need to stand close to the Speakers, while on the beach, to try to hear what is being said. The receivers will continue to be used for outings as such that require grid work so it would be an investment that would allow ease for future workshops as well. You must prepay for your radio receiver no later than May 5, 2010 so we have time to get the order placed and get them to the venue in time. You will be handed your radio receiver when you check in for the workshop. Sorry, but we cannot offer any refunds on these as they will already be ordered. If you should order one and cancel for the workshop, your receiver will be mailed to you after the workshop. We will not have extra ones at the event, so you will need to pre-order one if you desire to pick up one at the check in. Only order the radio receiver IF you are attending the workshop. We can not ship radio receivers for those who are not registered for the workshop.

Extra Meal Tickets US $44.00 each

This is for anyone who desires to purchase an extra meal ticket for a loved one who is NOT attending the workshop. The cost is per meal, per person. You will receive your extra ticket at check in. For those registered for the workshop, the meal is included. Children 12 and under Free.

Airport Transportation:
The Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is state-of-the-art and only 4 miles away from the Hyatt Sarasota. The Hotel provides transportation to and from the airport for a nominal fee, simply by making a phone call to the hotel. One-way trip rate of $8.00 per person will be extended to the group and attending guests. (Subject to availability)
TAXI: Approx $15.00 per person. 1 piece of luggage per person. Taxies are always waiting outside the baggage claim area.

PRIVATE LIMO TRANSPORTATION PROCEDURES:

Blue Sky Limo available from Tampa Airport to the hotel.

Workshop Payment Return Policy
Workshop cancellation by Friday - May 14, 2010 will allow a full refund. After that date, you will be entitled to the workshop DVD's when they become available in lieu of your full workshop payment.
