Beginning Time: Friday, May 25, 2012, 7:30 PM Local Time, Check in begins at 5:00 PM Local Time. Name Tag and Arm Band presented during check in required for workshop entry entire event.

Check In will take place in lower lobby outside of elevators. Check in times will be assigned by last name and will be posted on the KS Egroup by Darlene. Please watch for this message so you will know your time to check in and pick up your required items.

Guardian Time: The rest of the time frame for presentation will be given during workshop. Workshop ending time will be on Guardian Time and will not be known until we have reached that point but run to some time on Monday. You should plan on a Tuesday return flight to make sure you are able to attend the entire event. A'sha-yana receives the information that will be presented "Live" after the group shield has assembled for the event and we never know when she will present until the information is ready.

Recording Crew: Please note that the recording crew works very hard to volunteer their time and energy to bring the best possible recording of the live workshops to the general public. Their task is one that requires all of their time and focus and they do not have time to answer peoples questions, during workshop events. Please do not bother the recording crew. There are many people around who are able and willing to assist with general questions.

Pre-Qual: Kathara Levels 1, 2 & 3 & The FOL 2012 Workshop, when ready.
The Kathara Team will be offering Modules during this event. Please visit the Kathara Team Web Site to register for any Modules when they become posted.

Included: Dinner Buffet on Sat. & Sun., coffee breaks & snacks, the Hyatt Regency includes Breakfast for all Registered Guests.

Accommodations: Listed below is information about booking a room at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Ordinations: Level 1-3 ordinations are generally offered to anyone who desires them some time during the workshop weekend. These are planned during Guardian Time and the times scheduled will be announced during the workshop.

Beach Grid Work / Radio Receiver:  (Order by March 15, 2012.) There will be a trip to Siesta Key Beach for Grid Work, during this event. The Speakers will be using a radio transmitter to speak to attendees during the grid work on the beach. In order to hear them, you will need a radio receiver. Details to purchase listed below. Requires 2 AA batteries, not included and standard head phone or ear buds. The radio receiver will not be shipped to you. It will be handed to you at workshop check in. IF you are registering for this event after March 15, 2012, then you will no longer be able to order a radio receiver as that order had to be placed to get them to the venue on time. It is suggested that you bring with you a headphone splitter and a set of head phones or ear buds and try to group with someone else who has a receiver. These things can be purchased at any electronics store.

Product Table: The Azurite Press Product Table will be located in the Ringling Room which is located in the lower lobby of the hotel, next to the elevators. Opening time for the Product Table will be Friday at 5PM and will run until workshop start time. The times for the rest of the weekend will be posted on the Product Room Door as it is scheduled during Guardian Time and not known until other factors are known. Accepted methods of payment are US Money Order, Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Sorry, no personal checks.

Under Age Permission: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the workshop. For children ages 16 & 17, a Signed Parent Permission Slip must be received by Azurite Press no later than April 2, 2012. Children 16 & 17 will not be allowed to attend the workshop unless the Signed, Parent Permission Slip has been received by Azurite Press. Airport Transportation:
The Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is state-of-the-art and only 4 miles away from the Hyatt Sarasota. The Hotel provides transportation to and from the airport for a nominal fee, simply by making a phone call to the hotel. One-way trip rate will be extended to the group and attending guests. (Subject to availability)

TAXI:
Approx $15.00 per person. 1 piece of luggage per person. Taxies are always waiting outside the baggage claim area.

PRIVATE LIMO TRANSPORTATION PROCEDURES:

Blue Sky Limo available from Tampa Airport to the hotel.

Workshop Payment Return Policy:

Workshop cancellation by Sunday May 20, 2012 will allow a full refund. After that date, you will be entitled to the workshop DVD's when they become available in lieu of your full workshop payment.
