12 Tribes Weekends

What are they?

The 12 Tribes Weekends will provide highly specialised Sadhi mastery training.  Working with small groups the Speakers and Beloveds will hold a model field to assist people in entering into and working with the Sadhi state.  Contact with this state will imprint it in peoples’ biology so that they can return to this state at will.  Small groups are essential to maintain the required degree of field resonance.

This Sadhi training is part of but different from RaShaLA training.  It will highly assist with the Lights of the Order of Aurora training that people may undertake on their own working with a teacher from the Aurora races.  It will amplify peoples’ ability to remember training from inner levels, bring it through into the outer world and get more out of it.  This is mastery level training that has been brought forward in response to the very rapid progression of recent events.

The classes will be limited to a group of 24 people at a time.  The training will be completed in a weekend.  The aim is to run from Saturday around noon through Sunday afternoon, to minimise the amount of time off work people may need.  The venue will generally be in Phoenix, Arizona.  It is intended to hold a 12 Tribes Weekend about once a month to facilitate the numbers of people wishing to undertake this training.

Who should apply?

The 12 Tribes Weekends are open to all people who have mastered the Kathara 1 level material at least.  It is additionally preferable that people would have completed a Kathara 2/3 workshop or course.  People who sincerely feel drawn to supporting the MCEO program of planetary grid work and who wish to amplify their ability to contact and work with Sadhi states and to increase their capabilities should apply.

Pre-Requisites

Mastery of Kathara 1 material is a pre-requisite.  It would be too difficult to follow the course without this foundation.  Attendance at any Kathara 2/3 workshop or a K2/3 module is strongly recommended but not compulsory.

Cost

The cost for the 12 Tribes Weekend is $600, excluding travel and accommodation costs.  A $144 booking deposit will be needed.  This will be non-refundable in event of pull-out once a place / date is confirmed?

Procedures

The program of 12 Tribes Weekends will commence in January 2007.  The intention is to have a weekend each month in 2007.  However pressure from other programs may not allow a weekend to be scheduled in certain months.

The open period for applications for the 2007 program of weekends is the month of September ‘06.  There is a facility for submitting application forms as described below under How to Apply?  This is fairly simple in the case of Gridkeepers, mainly to nominate the periods of time in which people could attend.  A bit more background information is needed for non Gridkeepers.

Once all the applications for the 2007 program are in at the end of September people will be selected randomly to fill the available places.  There will be considerably more people than available places.  Priority will be given to active Gridkeepers.  Next in line will be people who have completed a K2/3 workshop / course and then people who have completed K1.  However this selection will be done by assigning specific weights to each type of applicant and then using a computer to do random selection, taking account of these weightings to ensure fair selection.

There will be a facility on the application form to indicate which of the weekends work for you.  The more time periods you are available for the better the chance of being selected for one of them.  For each weekend the selection process will be run within the group of people who could attend that weekend.

The people who are selected for a particular weekend will be notified so that they have plenty of time to make arrangements.   For example people will be selected for the first 3 sessions in 2007 and notified by mid October ‘06.  The next block of weekends covering quarter 2 of 2007 will be confirmed and people selected and notified somewhat later but with similar advance notice, and similarly for subsequent quarters.  There will be no need for people to apply again – people will be selected from the remaining pool of applicants from the September ’06 application period.

There will be a facility for people who wish to attend the same weekend as partners to do so.  They can nominate each other on their applications and agree on the same weekends / time periods they can attend together.  They will then be selected together in a way that doesn’t cause any unfair advantage or disadvantage.

Once selected, people can confirm their booking using an online shopping cart.  A booking deposit will be needed.  If someone fails to accept or confirm their place within a month or cannot attend that particular weekend, once they give sufficient notice they would drop back into the pool to await another selection.  Somebody else would then be selected from the pool of remaining applicants to replace them.  If somebody drops out without giving sufficient notice or very good reason then they would be dropped from this pool of applicants and would have to re-apply when the next application period for 2008 comes round.

In exceptional cases people who have been selected for a weekend could arrange for a swap with a selectee from another more suitable weekend.  However this would have to be arranged entirely between the people themselves – AP doesn’t have the resources to get involved in arranging any such swaps.  But AP would need to be informed immediately about any such changes in the attendees for each weekend.

It is expected that there will be another open period for applications for the 2008 program during the autumn of 2007.  People from the 2007 pool of applicants who weren’t selected in 2007 would go forward with the additional new applicants for 2008.  The remaining 2007 people would be assigned a higher priority for the 2008 places.

How to Apply?

The open period for applications for any of the 12 Tribes Weekends in 2007 is the month of September ’06.  If you wish to participate on one of these weekends please get your application in during September.  The allocation of places will be done in early October – so it’s essential to get an application in before the end of September.

Please complete an application form and return to Azurite Press.  There are 3 options for doing this, in order of preference.

1.        Online Form.  Go to https://www.eomniform.com/servlet/FillForm/gridkeeper/12T%20Form to access the online version of the form.  Fill in the boxes on screen.  The small boxes are check boxes that can be ticked by clicking the cursor in them.  If you make a mistake you can click a second time to clear the tick.  Once you have reviewed your information, press the ‘Submit Form’ button at the bottom left.  Please be careful not to hit the ‘Clear Form’ button nearby as this would delete your information.  If a Security Information panel appears select one of the options - ‘No’ works fine.  Once you get a confirmation message you’re done and can exit the application or press ‘Continue’ to return to the AP website.

2.        Word processor Form.  Open the attached form file Main T12 Form.doc in a word processor, preferably Word.  If the form isn’t attached please download a copy from the website at www.azuritepress.com or, if you have access to the Keylontic Science egroup, from the files section at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KeylonticScience/files.  This is an electronic form that can be filled in on screen.  Information can be entered in the boxes provided.  Point the cursor to the left side of the text boxes and type in your information.  Alternatively use the tab keys to move to the entry points in each box.  The small check / tick boxes can be ticked (X) by clicking in them with the cursor.  In case of error they can also be unchecked by clicking a second time, if needed.  When the form is complete please save as an ordinary document with your name in the file name, e.g. T12 Form J Smith.doc.  Please return the file as an email attachment to gridkeepers@eircom.net

3.        Paper Form.  If you cannot use either of the electronic versions of the form above please obtain a paper version of the form, complete this and mail to your local Azurite Press office.  A paper version of the form is provided in the PDF file Backup T12 Form.pdf.  This is either attached or can be downloaded from the Azurite Press website at www.azuritepress.com  This file can be opened in Adobe Reader, which is freely available on the Internet if needed.  It can then be printed out as a paper form.  If you still have difficulty accessing the form, please contact your local Azurite Press office to have a copy sent to you.

Due to the short time scale here it is strongly recommended to use one of the electronic versions of the form, options 1 or 2 above, i.e. please only use the paper version as a last resort.

If you know of anyone, who isn’t in contact with the egroups, but might be interested in the program it would be greatly appreciated if you would please forward this information and a copy of the form to them.
