Beloveds,

In the wake of what has been a challenging, and perhaps ‘downbeat’ year, we are writing now at the behest of the HaahTUr to highlight certain aspects the MCEO 2006 Program. From what we have seen and heard at this stage, it is certainly going to be a dynamic and exciting year which holds far more scope for an upbeat, positive, personal focus than has been speculated in recent months …

The 2007 Program, like any other year, offers a combination of events which fundamentally embrace either ‘Personal Healing’ or ‘Planetary Healing’. However, this year, we anticipate that the degree of practical focus and personal application in both respects is due to ‘sharpen’. At the most basic level, personal healing/ Kathara gatherings will be designed to facilitate our development and training as regards our Ra-Sha-LA bodies, provide significant improvement in manifestation abilities, and materially influence our conscious ability to successfully participate in essential Time Continua shifts.

Planetary healing, or “Gridmasters” gatherings will, of course, complement, reflect and elaborate this emphasis but the energetic processes which support the central purpose of “Gridmasters” now need to be sharpened also, and arranged in a new way to increase the energetic potential of our ‘local’ response to each Eieyanic-HaahTUr mission. What this means is that each and every future “Gridmasters” event (from May 06 Mt Shasta) will need to be supported by a particular Group Shield Encryption, pre-determined by the HaahTUr. Therefore, each ‘Event-Group Shield Encryption-Formation’ will need to be assembled by invitation only, from within a pre-established membership, an ‘Association of Gridkeepers’, working either On-Site or remote.

As an active associate of the MCEO you are hereby invited to consider whether or not you wish to apply for active Membership of this new arrangement, whether or not you are in a position to travel to do site-work.

Here follows a summary of Membership logistics:

1) The ‘Gridkeepers’ will work only on an application/membership basis. Interested individuals are now invited to complete and submit a questionnaire/application for membership to the Azurite Press, and membership will accepted or declined based on this plus the Guidance of the Beloveds. Applications MUST be received NO LATER than December 31st 2006. Everyone is welcome to apply.

2) Acceptance for Membership will be advised as soon as possible following the cut-off date (12/ 31/ 06) and Membership will be subsequently confirmed on receipt of the annual subscription of $24 USD. ALL notices of acceptance will be issued before end January 2007.

3) Members will thereafter receive private details of upcoming Gridmaster workshops, as well as ad hoc newsletter type electronic updates as to planetary status and related matters as well as other Workshop information (summation, such as Georgi's diaries). Those who do not have internet access will receive information by regular post.

4) Gridkeeper events/ workshops will be supported ONLY from the pool of Gridkeepers, based on the ‘task-specific’ personal shield match and location by location energetics as advised by the Beloveds.

5) A member list will be created of all Gridkeepers, and this will be used to inform members of events and to provide news releases, and for no other unrelated, MCEO, purpose.

6) It is NOT a prerequisite to Membership that applicants must be in a position to travel. The means to engage/ contribute remotely will be sent to all “non-traveling” Members (circumstances permitting).

7) Members of this program are expected to be fully and actively acquainted with the Attitudes and
Responsibilities of Mastery. And, every member must bear in mind that impeccability of A&R behavior is not a vague collective aspiration but a principle requirement of (continued) membership.

8) While membership renewal will be annual, (Jan 2 renewal date), members are encouraged to apply now, and if accepted, membership will run through Jan 2nd, 2008.

Gridkeepers Membership

Who should apply?

Anyone who sincerely feels drawn to supporting the MCEO program of planetary grid work should apply. Membership DOES NOT require travel to all, or even any, of the Gridmaster workshops. There is a need for people to support the grid work in their local locations, in addition to the team that travels to a specific workshop site. Anyone who wishes to participate in any Gridmaster workshop material, or event, in the future must apply now as the Beloveds are about to commence a "fine-tuning" process as the basis for future activities, thereby confining these major grid workshops to Gridkeepers, [those who carry specific personal shield encryption(s) in relation to particular Hub site(s).

It isn't necessary to apply for membership in order to participate in either Kathara or 'open agenda' workshops. Accessibility is as before: Kathara specific prerequisites for Kathara or no prerequisites at all for "Open" workshops.

Please note that acceptance into the Grid Keepers program is not intended to be, nor is it, a particular personal endorsement. Nor should not being part of the program be seen as a judgment in any way. Everyone has a role to play. Some roles carry coding that assists with specific grid work and, necessarily, representing all persuasions - whilst other roles meet different and interwoven needs of similar ‘importance’. Gridkeepers is a pragmatic arrangement, and resource, which will serve the need to build a more precise Group Shield Encryption matched to specific Planetary Shield and Hub characteristics.

What happens next?

The information provided on your application forms will be collated for assessment and HaahTUr comment where necessary. Those who are accepted into the program will be notified and will be invited to join. There will be an annual subscription fee of $24.00 USD to cover overheads, occasional newsletters, etc. Later, and ahead of each Gridmasters gathering, the Beloveds will direct the selection process, based on the coding requirements for upcoming planetary grid work.

The program will be open yearly for new registrations and if Guardian advised my open mid year as well. We anticipate that most Gridkeepers will be invited to re-subscribe and anyone who wishes to join at that stage can submit an application.

Not all Gridkeepers will be needed at each Grid Master workshop. The Beloveds may have more specific requirements for individual workshops. Certain combinations of individual Gridkeepers will be invited to participate in the grid work at specific sites. These teams can vary from site to site. Obviously invitations to people to travel to a particular site are on a voluntary basis, depending on circumstances, e.g. some people in the US may not be able to travel to European sites and vice versa. As always, everyone is invited to support the grid work from whatever location they may be in according to their own personal inclination and inner direction.
