Shipping Policies

Each Azurite Press office ships via the fastest and cheapest method the corresponding country will allow.

Because we are an International Company, some items may be on back order from time to time and may need to come from one of the other country offices or may be a new release item. For these reasons we ask to allow 2-4 weeks for all orders. If it seems as though your order might take longer than that, we will notify you of such and let you decide if you desire to wait.
Since we do ship internationally, any customs or country charges incurred in a customers order as solely the customer's responsibility.

Azurite Press has no control over an order once it leaves the country of origin or how long customs may take to allow the package through. We have found that it generally takes 2-4 weeks to get through customs, once the order has been shipped.

From time to time we will take special requests for shipping methods but the extra shipping funds that may occur for such are to be collected from the customer at the time of shipping.

The US office ships all domestic orders via the US Post Office, via Priority Shipping. 2-3 days shipping from the time the order ships.

The US office ships all international orders via the US Post Office, via International Priority Shipping. 7 - 10 day shipping from the time the order ships plus what ever amount of time for customs.

It really does not do any good to request Air Mail, Over Night Mail or 2nd Day Air for domestic shipping. Priority Shipping will get your order there in 2-3 days and paying for a higher shipping method will not expedite your order through the processing method prior to shipping.

The USA office accepts these methods of payments: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, US Money Order, US Funds Bank Draft, US personal check (Only drawn on US Banks)

All products purchased from the Ireland office will be charged in € euros. Please note that AP sales to people in the European Union (EU) have now reached a level where Value Added Tax (VAT/TVA) has to be applied. European product prices (in Euros) have been adjusted to include VAT from 1st January 2006. Product sales outside the EU are not subject to VAT and will continue to be charged at the VAT exclusive price as before. However product sales outside the EU will often attract customs duty and local sales or other taxes at the point of entry to the country. It is the customer’s responsibility in such cases to discharge any such local taxes.

The following credit cards can be processed - Mastercard, Visa and American Express (AMEX). The credit card company will convert the € euro charges to the currency on your credit card account, at the prevailing exchange rate. For people outside the EU if you are more familiar with US $ than € euros, you can view the price listed in US dollars (but the transaction will be made in € euros).

Since the Ireland office ships to many countries around the world, it is not possible to include shipping and handling charges in the check out process. The lowest shipping rate possible will be utilized. The postage & packing charges will be included on your invoice when you receive your order.

Both of these offices use the best shipping method possible for their customers. If you desire to discuss those shipping methods, please contact the office in question.
