Study and Technique Recommendations for Newcomers
It is highly recommended but not essential, that the KS student work with the Kathara Level-1 materials (information & techniques) before starting on the Newcomer techniques outlined below (see also Phase-1 Essential Foundations). Kathara Level-1 (KA1-M/2DVD/3CD) contains the most important initial ‘activating’ and protection technique (the Maharic Seal) in addition to several other techniques and important related technical information that will assist the KS student in the understanding and integration process. The Eckasha Maharic Seal: The pre-requisite to this technique used to be the 6-pointed Pale-Silver Star (Hierophant) Maharic Seal. Newcomers studying the Kathara Level-1 material are welcome to start this technique using the 6-pointed star, then progress through the 12-pointed, 48-pointed and the 144-pointed star before using the Eckasha God Seed Symbol. However newcomers can if they wish now work with the Eckasha God Seed Symbol for this technique when starting out. The background information about the use of the Maharic Seal technique and the symbol codes is contained in the Kathara Level-1 (KA1-M/2DVD/3CD) materials. Activation of the Maharic Current within your bio-field and DNA template is required for the success of all subsequent MCEO Freedom Teachings TM techniques, since the Maharic Current is the “carrier wave” for all the higher more advanced frequencies. Perform this technique at least twice a day (morning and evening) and also before any other Keylontic Science Technique or when extra field protection is needed. Induction of the Eckasha God Seed Symbol: Restoring Meajhe Field Photo-Sonic Healing: Consolidates the accretion of frequencies from the Eckasha God Seed Symbol The Emerald and Amethyst Awakening: This technique begins the process of opening specific "locks" or blocks within your energy template so that your bio-fields can more fully open to the Maharic current and all other high frequency Eternal Life God/Source currents. Pineal Induction of the 5 High Veca Codes and Phase-2 Veca Code Induction: Activation and Healing of the Trion-Meajhe Field is an important step towards integrating the frequencies associated with our multi-dimensional Selves and higher stations of Consciousness. The Veca Code techniques are also the prerequisite to the next important level of technologies associated with the 20-technique Activated Flame body sequence (AFT/4CD). Further information about all these techniques and associated Symbol Codes is available in the Kathara Level-1 (KA1-M/2DVD/3CD) and Dance For Life, Love, Freedom Manual (DFM) materials. The “Dance For Life, Love, Freedom Manual” contains comprehensive information about both the Veca Symbol Codes and the Flame Body Activation techniques & Symbol Codes in addition to providing colour versions of the Symbol Codes. (The ENT/2CD product is sold along with an 8-page handout and only includes black and white versions of the Veca Codes) Spend at least 1-2 weeks on these Newcomer techniques before moving on to more advanced techniques or continue this daily practice, while taking the time to study the Kathara Level-1 and “Dance For” materials. ALL of these techniques can be done at any time while working with any of the subsequent more advanced MCEO Freedom Teachings TM techniques.
Recommendations to assist in integration of the information and higher frequencies: Develop a physical exercise program directed toward increasing both cardio-vascular fitness and muscle strength. Practising a little and often will significantly increase your frequency-holding capacity, in addition to assisting in easing physical symptoms that may be associated with frequency accretion or miasmic (Karmic) clearing. Take a salt-soda bath (or just soak your feet) every 2 days or so (table or bath salts mixed in equal parts with standard baking soda mixed into a full tub of warm bath water). This will gently assist in miasmic clearing anytime, especially on the kind of days that you may think of as “difficult”! Remember you are drawing the frequencies associated with the Eternal Living, Conscious Expressions of God Source into your Bio-Spiritual system (including physical body). These frequencies are also Expressions of Yourself! Greet and welcome them as you would a long lost and beloved friend or family member, and you will greatly enhance your experience and journey. To avoid frequency “over-load” or “field saturation”, it is recommended that you do not do all the techniques on the Newcomer CDs all at once. If you do, it likely that your bio-energetic system will become “saturated” and temporarily shut itself down to avoid further frequency overload. Such frequency “saturation” may cause physical discomfort such as headache or generalised aches and pains. It may take a day or two for the physical symptoms to settle while your bio-system rebalances itself and integrates the new high frequencies but each person is different with respect to the amount of time it takes to integrate the high frequencies. It is very much a case of “more haste less speed”. PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE are critical to swift and safe frequency accretion and DNA activation, with “little and often” being the optimal approach.
