The Heliotalic Bi-breath
Heliotalic energy or Heliotalic frequencies are powerful frequencies that were anchored for the first time on Earth in 2003 as part of activating the "Arc of the Covenant". The frequencies have the color of pale pastel rainbow mixed with pale silver. They originate from the part of the God Worlds known as the Ecka which is beyond Dimension 12 and beyond the light and sound fields associated with our immediate Universe. That part of Earth that is situated in the Ecka "frequency bands" is called "Inner Earth". 'Helio' refers to "central sun" but rather than referring to our Solar system's Sun, it refers to the Ecka within our Veca system. 'Talic' refers to a golden silver metallic color. When the Heliotalic frequencies are seen with the inner vision, they appear as pastel, rainbow colors mixed with pale silver, almost like a metallic light frequency. These frequencies may look and feel like water but are powerful Healing frequencies of hydroplasmic liquid light. The Heliotalic Bi-breath is used by simultaneously "pulling" Heliotalic energy from directly above our heads beyond Chakra 14 and frequencies of Emerald Green mixed with pale silver from Earth Core into the AzurA. When you start doing the Lotus Breathing exercises however, the Emerald, Pale Silver frequency is replaced by Heliotalic energy which is "pulled" in from way beyond Chakra 13 at Earth core. The Indigo races on Earth assisted in preparation for anchoring the Heliotalic frequencies and activation of the Arc of the Covenant by working with the Maharic current using the pale silver 12-pointed star initially, then the Eckasha symbol to stimulate activation of more and more aspects of the D-12 Maharic current. In final preparation for anchoring the Heliotalic frequencies, the Indigos assisted in activating the Kee-Ra-ShA frequencies from dimensions 13, 14 and 15. You have been using these frequencies in Technique 8 Part 1. Before Earth's magnetic peak at Hethalon in August 2003, the Heliotalic frequencies were brought into our bodies on a 45 degree angle through what is called the Helio-TA-sis line. After Hethalon, due to the complex Universal mechanics of a He-thar-o/Hethalon cycle, the Helio-TA-sis line shifted to being directly vertical. Most of the information on the Arc of the Covenant and the importance of the monumental He-thar-o/He-thal-on event is in the Ireland Feb 03 "Forbidden Testaments of Revelation" workshop. Below is an explanation that was given to the Indigos during the time when we were initially activating the Arc of the Covenant in 2002. The following glossary of terms is not complete but will help you begin to grasp some of the aspects of this vast and complex area of Keylontic Science. Veca = our immediate and parallel Universe consisting of the dimensions 1-15 with our own and parallel's primal light and sound fields Ecka = the aspect of the God Worlds that is immediately beyond our Veca Universe, and also referred to as the Inner Ecka Ecka Ectoplasmic replica = as difficult as it is to "imagine", before the process of Hetharo and Hethalon could be set in motion, our ENTIRE Universe replicated itself. The replica is stationed in the Ecka Universe Christos Seed Atom = the central aspect of the energy template of ALL matter forms, situated between stargate (signet) or Kathara centers 6 and 7. Golden Fleece = a protective "buffer field" of composite frequencies from dimensions 8 and 14. Has also been referred to as the Cloak of Invisibility He-esta stasis period = the period of time between the electrical peak (Hetharo) and the Magnetic peak (Hethalon) Primary Merkaba spirals = Spirals of counter-rotating energy fields that pervade through every single dimensional level of every single matter form in existence Merkaba vehicle = with restoration of the natural Christiac energy template within us, we are able to activate what is called a merkaba vehicle that allows our consciousness to "travel" through dimensional levels of the Universe to experience reality in other Universal systems
Activating the Arc of the Covenant Passage and the Helio-TA-sis Line* Activation of the Seal and Shield of the Arc of the Covenant sparks rapid activation of the Arc of the Covenant passage within the Universal Veca, and in the Kathara Templates of all matter forms that contain energy templates that are capable of anchoring the Christos Seed Atom Yon-A-Ha Outer 7-Cell Seed Atom Cluster. Activation of the Universal Arc of the Covenant passage opens the diagonal Base-6 Half-step Arc passage Signet (stargate) system, activating the Helio-TA-sis Line within the Veca and Ecka Templates. The Helio-TA-sis Line is the Central DIAGONAL Current that runs on the diagonal Ecka axis, interfacing with the horizontal and vertical Veca axes at the Christos Seed Atom center point. The activated Helio-TA-sis Line is an open conduit of energy flow between the Veca System and its electrical Universal Flame Body Ectoplasmic Replica stationed within the Ecka Primal Light-Sound Field. Once the Helio-TA-sis Line is opened within the Veca, it opens within the Kathara templates within all Veca matter forms connected (via Arc Seal and Shield) to the Golden Fleece Buffer Field. Through the HE-esta axis stasis period the activated Helio-TA-sis Line progressively sends Golden Fleece frequency infusions into the remaining Veca Base-Electrical Primal and Base-magnetic Density Merkaba Spirals of all Christos-aligned Veca manifestations, progressively accelerating the spin rates of the Magnetic Density and Electrical Primal Merkaba Spirals during HE-esta in preparation fro their He-thal-on Magnetic peak Ecka axis shift. Bi-location and the Golden Dawn The Helio-TA-sis Line can be viewed as an 'Umbilical Cord' to the Ecka Ectoplasmic Replica. Once the Helio-TA-sis Line is activated, this allows Veca Life forms to create a second Double Bi-Veca Merkaba Vehicle Golden Fleece replica through which transmigration of consciousness between the Veca and Ecka Replica systems occurs. This also allows a state of Bi-Location to occur. The He-thar-o Electrical Peak ends with activation of the Helio-TA-sis Line, which occurs at dawn on the morning following the 12:12 hours, at which time the Yon-A-Ha Cluster of 7 Outer Cells of the Christos Seed Atom undergo regenesis. This period is called the "Golden Dawn". During He-thal-on Magnetic peak that follows He-tha-ro and the He-Esta period, the Helio-TA-sis Line draws the Veca Magnetic Density and Electrical Primal Light Merkaba Spirals into a second Double Bi-Veca Merkaba Vehicle in Ecka axis alignment. This second Bi-Veca Merkaba merges with the Ecka Ectoplasmic Replica to form the full Eckasha Tri-Veca Merkaba Vehicle, through which regenesis of the Yan-A-HUm, the 8 Inner Cells of the Christos Seed Atom occurs. The above process occurred after 12:12 hours on May 27, 2003. There were several stages in this monumental event.
