Heliopathic Technologies

Week 4 and onward:

• Technique 8 Part One (The Amoraea Buffer) / 8 Part Two (The Amoraea "Insta-Buffer") - Optional from week 4 - use if guided to.

• Heliopathic Techniques 1- Activating the Lotus Seed & Technique - 2 The Lotus Bud Breath and ManA Breaths, twice daily.

• Once you are working with the Heliopathic Technologies as your daily routine, then you can replace the Technique 8 Part One and Two with the Lotus Techniques using Technique 8 if guided to.

• Once you have completed week 4, running the Heliotalic Currents, then you can progress with the sequence of Heliopathic Techniques in the next section on the Technique Outline Page.

Recommended week 4:

Induce Arc of the Covenant Stanz Codes and Heliotography Codes during this week.
