A Note For New Comers:

It is understood that those who continue to find their way back to the "Truth" desire to know how they can quickly catch up with techniques and begin using the most current techniques and activations being offered to the planet.

Frequency accretion and activation of the higher dimensional currents is a personal process for each individual expression of Source. Each of us incarnate with a pre-agreed contract for individual activation level which is dependent on the amount of energy the Planetary Grids can support. Therefore, everyone will not reach the same activation level while on the planet but will activate to the level they are suppose to.

Therefore, it is not possible to give a standardized answer as to how quickly each individual can move through the techniques or how much time should be spent on each group of techniques.

The following sequence is still the suggested sequence to allow for integration and activation of the Divine Frequencies in a safe order.  Time spent is as important as understanding what you desire to accomplish but the main goal should be daily consistency, creating a safe space for your self and setting time aside to co-create daily with the Divine Frequencies of Source.

Integration of the items listed in the Introductory Section of the web site is suggested and the Kathara Bio-Spiritual Healing System Levels 1-3 are prerequisites for understanding of any information and techniques that follow.

The goal should be to maintain a comfortable steady pace and pay attention to your inner guidance for your progression through the techniques. If desired, you can skip the Flame Body Techniques after the Essential Techniques and move to the Full Sequence of techniques, as given in the Kathara 2-3 Program. This will allow for being able to activate enough frequencies to move forward faster but working through the Full Sequence of Flame Body Techniques, as listed below, would allow for a stronger activation of frequencies.

In addition to beginning with the Eckasha Maharic Seal, below, it is also advised to do the Krystal River Prayer and Invocation before all techniques and / or at least twice daily. Understanding of the Krystal River Prayer and a fast track to current events can be gained through integration of the Elements of Discovery Module, listed on the product list under "Kathara Team Modules".

It is quite possible for one to work through the following sequence and also integrate the current Sliders Workshops and associated techniques simultaneously but caution is given to not over load yourself or push to hard. Consistency not Quantity is advised.
